Instructions:

1. General trade customs clearance: Single batteries with power below 20WH and battery packs with power below 100WH can be normally accepted for customs clearance. For power exceeding 100WH, separate dangerous goods certificates are required.

2. Dimensional weight: Length * Height * Width / 6000. The chargeable weight is determined by comparing the actual weight with the dimensional weight, taking the heavier of the two (dimensional weight calculation method: Length X Width X Height CM / 6000 = KG).

3. The minimum chargeable weight for individual items is 12KG; if less than 12KG, it will be charged as 12KG.

4. Due to Canada's unique geographical conditions, all containers may experience unforeseen port congestion during winter, which is not included in the normal delivery timeframe.

5. Outer boxes must be sturdy, undamaged, clean, and batteries must have shockproof packaging. There should be no gaps or movement between batteries inside the box (if there is space, it must be filled solidly with foam or sponge).
