1. Designated European Union Responsible Person (RP)

Non EU companies must appoint a responsible person within the EU. The responsible person must be located within the European Economic Area or Northern Ireland, and their address must be displayed on the product packaging. Starting from 2026, the EU will strengthen its supervision of responsible persons, and PIF and CPSR must ensure real-time updates. 2. Obtain CPSR safety report

3. CPNP system notification
