Non EU companies cannot report on their own and must designate a responsible person in EU member states such as the Netherlands. 4. Dangerous goods booking requires 10 days in advance and must have a dangerous goods certificate or performance certificate.

Invalid CPNP numbers, invoice values deviating from market prices, and EORI/VAT information mismatches will all trigger manual inspections, resulting in delays of 3-7 days.
