Step 2: CPSR Safety Report

Issued by a toxicologist recognized by the European Union, it is divided into Part A (formulation, physicochemical, microbiological data) and Part B (risk assessment conclusion). The formula has changed, and CPSR must be updated synchronously, otherwise CPNP will be considered invalid.

Step 3: CPNP system notification

The responsible person logs in to the CPNP portal to submit product information, and the system immediately generates a unique number, and the product can be launched in the European Union.

Key update on July 31, 2026: the number of essence allergens has soared from 26 to 82. The label, CPSR and CPNP of products containing essence must be updated at the same time before the deadline, otherwise the new batch of goods will be deducted upon arrival.

2. Old batches that were launched on the market before July 31st can be sold until July 31st, 2028.

3. 25% value-added tax - the highest tax burden in Northern Europe: This is the highest VAT in the European Union and must be included in cost accounting. Danish tax numbers can be applied for deferral, not paid during customs clearance, and deducted quarterly.

4. Danish labels are essential: all labels must be in Danish, and medical efficacy words such as "treat" and "repair" are prohibited, otherwise they may be classified under drug regulation.

5. Declaration of alcoholic products truthfully: alcohol>24% must be regarded as dangerous goods, and perfume needs to pay additional consumption tax. Concealing will be locked by customs and fined.
