Requirements for high-power battery declarations: Provide a hazardous packaging certificate, MSDS + UN38.3 + marine transport inspection report. If the declaration header does not match, provide a purchase and sales contract.

Operational and packaging requirements:
1. Battery packaging requirements: Export according to the original battery product name, with each unit individually insulated, placed in an inner box. For regular small batteries, each piece should not exceed 10KG, and the outer box must remain clean and sturdy.
2. For individual batteries weighing over 0.8KG or exceeding 100 watts, they must be packed in UN boxes.
3. For batteries with wire ends, only electrical insulating tape is acceptable for insulating both terminals.
4. There should be no sound when the inner or outer boxes are shaken, and single pure battery pieces should not exceed 10kg.
5. Batteries require shockproof packaging; there should be no gaps or movement between batteries within the box, and no sound upon shaking (if there is space, it must be filled solidly with foam or sponge).
6. The outer box must be packaged in a newer, sturdier box and cannot be wrapped with yellow adhesive tape; the weight of the outer box size and material must not be less than 2.5KG (to facilitate the application of Class 9 hazardous materials labels, battery fireproof labels, and cargo-only labels).
7. Each item on the invoice must provide the commodity code (HS CODE), otherwise, it will be considered that our company searches for the code for shipment, and any consequential liabilities and costs arising from this will be unrelated to our company.
